About Tony

Hi there. I’m Tony, & I’m a photographer that hails from Brisbane, Australia. I have had my work published locally & internationally through various forms of media.

This website is dedicated to photography & culture. I hope to inform & educate people on what I learn through my studies, travel & previous experiences living in Australia & abroad.

My expertise comes from formal study in the areas of photography, cinematography, fine arts & cultural anthropology.

I bought my first camera (a basic Kodak 35mm point & shoot) at the age of 11 in 1991 with my pocket money & ever since that day my love for photography has grown exponentially.

I use a wide range of gear from basic phone camera, point & shoot cameras to drones, professional DSLRs & mirrorless cameras.

I enjoy taking photographs of not only nature, but I find man-made subjects and humans interesting in the way they interact with nature & one another, as I believe this is the best way in showing the essence of a culture.
